Project Description:
       The “Top 500 Enterprises Innovation and Entrepreneurship Preparatory Camp” is a joint program with local famous enterprises in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area, combining their business models and business layouts, exploring the relevant contents of enterprises and students’ career competency development, creating in-depth research, practical exchanges and internship training for students to enter the workplace of famous enterprises. The program will help students understand the workplace and the employment standards of enterprises, help them better plan their study and career, cultivate their initiative and enhance their career competency. The program will also promote the close integration of the training objectives of institutions and market demand, employment-oriented, comprehensive training of students in institutions, and training and delivery of excellent talents for society and enterprises.

Main Contents:
    (1) Enhance career competitiveness in the international environment
Facing global competition and future development, the program content aims to enhance the international career competence of the students and develop their innovative and entrepreneurial spirit. Participants will conduct research and practice on Alibaba Group,  Freshhema , Yunqi Town, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, Netease Group, Star Lanli, and Chuanye Holdings Live Industry Base, helping participants to gain a deeper understanding of the management style, business philosophy, innovation ability and talent demand of large enterprises, exercise their future career planning and development insight, and cultivate composite international talents in the new era.
      (2) Insight into the building of career development capabilities
The program enables participants to learn in depth, go deeper into the workplace environment, feel the workplace atmosphere, expand their horizons, improve their own career value, and provide a perfect connection for participants to enter the workplace in the future. Participants will also learn the methodology of career development orientation and how to build career network through the master talk, workshop and research in the program, laying the foundation for their career.
      (3) Learning the concept and spirit of continuous innovation of enterprises
In the content design, the program focuses on learning to identify problems, ask questions and solve problems in research, and guides participants to be more proactive in discovery, exploration and development.
