Liu Tiehua

         D. in International Relations from Waseda University, Japan, and J.D. in Law from Peking University, specializing in United Nations and International Organization Studies, is currently the Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Beiwai College of Beijing Foreign Studies University.
        Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the United Nations Association of China, a visiting expert on international organizations at the South Centre in Geneva, and a consultant to the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO. He has published six monographs and translations, dozens of papers in well-known journals at home and abroad, undertaken many projects for the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Beijing Municipal People’s Government, and visited and participated in academic activities in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Australia, Norway, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Cambodia, Ethiopia and other countries.
