He received his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Department of Computer Science, Tsinghua University and his master’s degree in computer science from the University of Pittsburgh. He is the chief technology officer of Gridsum, he has over 30 years of experience in software engineering, and has made outstanding achievements in technical fields such as big data, artificial intelligence, search engine, system software performance and reliability optimization, and high-quality software product design, research and development and management, and holds several US patents for software technology. Before joining Gridsum, he held key technical and management positions at HP and Microsoft, and was one of the founders of Microsoft Asia Internet Engineering Institute and the executive vice president of the Suzhou branch.
