He is currently Vice President of Dell Technology Group and Chairman of the China Government Affairs Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in China. At Dell, he leads the team responsible for coordinating the cooperation and communication between Dell’s business units in the Greater China region and government agencies at all levels. Prior to joining Dell, he held senior management positions in government affairs for large multinational companies such as General Electric and Novartis, and has extensive experience in foreign companies’ operations in China.
He has worked in the Boao Forum for Asia Secretariat for many years and served as Vice President of the Research Institute, with in-depth research on Asian economic and trade integration. Worked in the Ministry of Commerce for a long time. Graduated from Wuhan University and the University of International Business and Economics.
